What this site collects.

Nothing by itself. getbearwall.com sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, loads no trackers and has no forms. Every file on this site, including fonts and the map code, is served from getbearwall.com. If you choose a theme or pause motion, that choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.

Hosting.

Cloudflare serves this site. Like any host, it processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, and it may set a security cookie when it checks for bots. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you write to us.

If you email or call, we use what you send to answer you. If you ask for the read-only diagnosis, we sign a mutual NDA first, and the exports you send arrive through a private upload link to Bearwall’s Cloudflare R2 storage, are stored there encrypted at rest, are seen only by Fateen Majumder, are not processed by any AI model vendor, are used only for that diagnosis, and are deleted 30 days after the diagnosis closes. We email you when they are deleted. We do not sell or share them.

Customer systems.

Bearwall’s operator is built to run on its own Windows machine at the customer’s company. Data stays on that machine, except what the customer sends to a model once open conversation is turned on, under the customer’s own Anthropic account, and what goes to any optional service the customer consents to. The vendors that can touch data are listed under Security and data on the home page. Each customer’s agreement sets out the rest.
