The free diagnosis: one page back.
Send exports, not access. We aim to return one page within 48 hours. It is yours to keep, and nothing is installed.
What you send.
Exports your team already pulls from your system: completed and open orders, the A/R aging, open supplier invoices and recent cash receipts. Spreadsheets or CSV files are fine, from RFMS or any other system. Never passwords, keys or logins.
What you get back.
One page that shows, from your own exports:
- Work earned but not billed.
- Work billed but not booked.
- Cash received but not applied.
- Supplier invoices not keyed.
And where Bearwall would start, if you want it to. If you ask for one, the full quote comes within 48 hours of the diagnosis, before anything is installed. There is no obligation.

- We sign a mutual NDA with you before you send anything.

- Through a private upload link to Bearwall’s Cloudflare R2 storage, sent after the first call. Not by email, and there is no upload form on this site.
- Who sees them
- Fateen Majumder only. Exports are analyzed with Claude (Anthropic).
- How long
- Deleted from Bearwall’s storage automatically 30 days after upload.
After the diagnosis.
If you go ahead: setup on its own Windows computer and login at your company, then 30 days read-only beside your team, then one function at a time, when you say so. Questions
Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. It is free and read-only, with no obligation. It is how we both find out whether Bearwall fits your work before anything is quoted or installed.
We don’t use RFMS. Can we still send exports?
Yes. Exports from any flooring system, or from accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage, work for the diagnosis. It also maps how your system can be reached: by API, by export or on screen.
Who sees our files?
Fateen Majumder only. Files are analyzed with Claude (Anthropic), used only for your diagnosis, and deleted from Bearwall’s storage automatically 30 days after upload.
