Start with a free diagnosis. Pay per desk after.

One offer: Bearwall on its own computer and login at your company. You start read-only, and you see the full quote before anything is installed.

The back office

The back office, carried.

  1. Free diagnosis. Send exports, not access. We aim to return one page within 48 hours: what is earned but not billed, billed but not booked, cash not applied and supplier invoices not keyed. It is yours to keep, with no obligation. Nothing is installed.

  2. Quote. The full quote comes within 48 hours of the diagnosis, before any install.

  3. Pilot. Two functions, read-only beside your team for 30 days (on RFMS, on a test copy of your database first, where you have one). Nothing writes in that month.

  4. Month to month. After the pilot, with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

How it is priced

A monthly fee per desk, plus a one-time setup. A desk is one back-office function (AR, AP, controller or dispatch), not a person or a login. Prices are quoted after the free diagnosis. For consulting or a monthly retainer, see advisory and retainer.

Computer and login
You buy Bearwall’s Windows computer and its login in your system (on RFMS, a seat), under your own subscription. On another system, the login it needs is listed in the quote.

During business hours, Eastern Time.
If your system changes
It is set to stop and tell you. On RFMS, we aim to adapt within 5 business days.
If Bearwall is not there
The machine, the configuration, the rules, the run history and the documentation stay with you.
The agreement
We send the draft agreement with the diagnosis.
